My Eczema Story
For nearly 3years I've suffered with eczema on the palm of my hands. I would occasionally get it on other areas of skin, such as my ears and eyelids. I always blamed it on stress because when the stress went away, the eczema did as well — except on my hands.
Many Products
I have tried every lotion, cream, or ointment that was supposed to help cure eczema, including prescription cream. Everything worked for about a week and each time I thought I had FINALLY found the answer. But then they stopped working, every one of them, including the prescription until I was introduced to Seacret Products.
I was told to try the Salt & Oil Scrub and Body Butter so that is what I did. My hands actually got worse for a few days but I thought that might be a good sign and kept using both products twice daily. I figured it would take a couple months to completely heal up considering this had been going on for so long.
3 Weeks Later
3 weeks after I began the regimen, the eczema was nearly gone! 
The itch was completely gone and I found I had to remind myself to use the scrub just once per day. I also use the Seacret Hand Cream after the Salt & Oil Scrub in place of the Body Butter and throughout the day. They both work great in combination with the scrub or on their own. I have also cleared up other areas of problem skin and my feet are unbelievably soft after using the Foot Cream once a week.
Highly Recommend
I would recommend these products to anyone, but especially to anyone who suffers from skin irritations as I did or anyone who must frequently wash their hands.

Menopause
This website is multi-purpose. Because I have also been dealing with peri-menopause and menopause for many years, as most women do, I want to share what has worked for me along with general information.
I have found acupuncture and reiki help reduce or eliminate the worst of all menopause symptoms, hot-flashes. I first went to an acupuncturist to find relief for frequent headaches and simply because I wanted to check out the procedure and see what it's like. Little did I know it would eliminate the hot flashes I had just begun experiencing.
Over time, acupuncture alone couldn't eliminate hot flashes for me. It may for some, but I needed more. So a couple years ago, I added in reiki and nutritional supplements. I believe the combination of acupuncture, reiki, nutritional supplements, and diet are what keep me hot flash free or nearly free. Even when I do experience them, they are less intense and frequency is also reduced. I also find diet makes a difference.
I want this site to be a go-to portal for many topics related to health, wellness, fitness, and weight loss at any age. This site is not just for women. Men won't need acupuncture or reiki for menopause problems, but these 2 treatments help many other health issues. For example, acupuncture is not just used for pain issues. Treatments can do so much more. My husband has found relief from allergy and sinus problems with acupuncture treatments.
